BOOGERMAN, Cor - I have been on the Thornbury Pickleball Club Board of Directors for one year and have not screwed up too much. With my shy, submissive, laid-back, unobtrusive, flatulating manner, I know I can represent the members in good stead. I are good person. Vote for me. Also vote for Paul Clements, Jean Grummet, and Rayne Bryla. They do good job.
I have been a resident of Thornbury for approx. 8 years and a member of the Thornbury Pickleball club for 4 years.
I have been fortunate to be a member of Board of the Thornbury Pickleball Club for the last year. I would like to seek re-election so that I/we can continue with everything we have been able to accomplish - ie: clinics with the pro, competative pickleball, flower program for seriously ill members, interm membership, inter club tournament, to name a few. I love the game of pickleball and want to see our membership grow and flourish in Thornbury. I would appreciate your support.
CLEMENTS, Paul - We have been residents of Thornbury and TPC members since early 2015. Amongst all the other great things this area provides pickleball is right up there. We have met many great people, many who have become friends away from the courts. We have a diverse group and I would like to continue meeting their needs. I have been a Director for 2 years now, serving as President this past year.
GELLATLY, Andy - For the last 15 years, I have been a partner and Senior VP of sales in a firm called IDC World Source Insurance Network. I recently informed my partners that I am retiring January 1st, 2019. Previous to that I was a VP of Sales for Canada Life and Crown Life. My wife and I moved to Thornbury 5 years ago. We are members of the Beaver Valley Probus and the Collingwood Curling Club. I joined the TPC club over a year ago and have fallen in love with the game of pickleball. The TPC is a vibrant club full of positive and enthusiastic members. It would be a privilege to be a Director and serve the club in any capacity.
GRUMMETT, Jean - Pickleball is my passion. I love the action, challenge and great fun in playing the game with so many fun-loving, 'pickleballers'. I started helping with our club through the winter of 2015 and am currently on the TPC board of Directors, serving as secretary, operating the Interim Program and keeping the TPC website up-to-date. I also enjoy working with technology and like to use it to eliminate some of the tedious tasks required in running a club. I promise that my every action will continue to be a benefit to our club so that it can keep growing and moving ahead with additional courts to accommodate more players.
