Steps to Become a Member 2024/25
(Upon submission of a New Membership Application your name will be added to our waitlist. Our waitlist currently has over 40 applications. When space is available you will be invited to participate in the practice sessions and steps outlined below. )

1. Complete the Membership Application Form
You will be advised of its receipt and informed as to whether we are accepting applications at that time.
2. Please read Code of Conduct and Submit the Waiver Form
Your name is added to the TPC Wait List and EZin mailing list (when the $50 fee is paid.)
If you are not accepted immediately your information will be retained until your name can be added to the waitlist
at which time you will be notified of the Practice/Play sessions and when they will begin.
3. Waiting List & Practice/Play Sessions:
You will receive an invite to participate in the Thursday Practice/Play Sessions,
11:00 to 12:00 noon (for new comers and novices)
or 12 to 1:00 (for those beyond the novice skills.)
You will receive this EZin email early Friday morning around 7:00 am.
Sign-in or out using this email remembering to select Update/Post on the second screen.
The purpose of these practice sessions:
for (novice players) is to learn the game, the rules, and the basic skills,
for (players who already know the game) is to further/extend their skill development.
There are facilitators available to provide guidance geared to the participant's abilities.
There is a one time fee of $50 for you to be added to our EZin system.
4. Interim Memberships
Those participating in the above program will be offered an Interim Membership
at the discretion of the TPC Directors. Interim Memberships are made available
by members who offer their membership for a month or more while they are away
or unable to play during scheduled playtimes.
These IMs are posted on our website for $25/month.
5. New Members
The Executive (Directors) will select the number of NEW MEMBERS
from those who have participated in the INTERIM PROGRAM described above,
including the Thursday Practice/Play Sessions and/or the Interim Membership Program.
They will be the first ones offered full memberships when they become available
to maintain the desired membership numbers.
Note: Our membership year runs from July 1 to June 30.
