Frequently Asked Questions

I've lost my EZin invitation.  How can I retrieve it?
If you have accidentally deleted the email, try searching the Deleted Items folder of your email app. If you are certain the email never appeared in your Inbox, please search the Spam Items folder of your email app. If neither of these options resolve the issue, please reach out to [email protected].
What is the preferred method of payment?
We prefer payment by e-transfer to [email protected]. Please see here for other payment options
Am I able to borrow equipment to try it out?
Yes, we have a couple of spare paddles to try out. Please contact a Director or [email protected] for access.
What are the different levels of play?
As a primarily fun and social pickleball Club, most of our sessions are Open Play, available to all members. A couple of sessions a week are available to Intermediate to Advanced players. There is no formal rating or test required to join these sessions. If you feel that you would benefit from joining these sessions, just send a request to  [email protected]
I've never played pickleball.  If I join the club, will I be taught how to play?
Yes, all new members are required to attend practice sessions while on the waiting list to join. There are two levels of sessions, one for novice players to learn the game, the rules, and basic skills. The other session is for players who know the game, to further their skills prior to joining as interim or full members. Click here for more details. In addition to these regular practice sessions, we often arrange group clinics with local qualified instructors.
